Every customer, whatever their ability or the technology they use, should be able to research, buy and get support for equipment from Katool Equipments. This page explains what we do, where we still fall short, and how to reach us if something is in your way. Effective October 26, 2026.
Katool Equipments is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or high-contrast settings.
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, so we describe this as our target rather than a claim of full conformance, and we list the issues we know about below.
Text alternatives for images, readable contrast, and layouts that reflow on any screen.
Links and buttons work with a keyboard, and nothing depends on precise mouse movement.
Plain language, consistent navigation and clearly labeled forms.
Standard HTML that works with current browsers and assistive technologies.
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. These are the issues we know about. If you run into one, contact us and we'll help another way.
Our store runs on the YouCan platform. The header, menus, product pages, cart and checkout are provided by the platform's theme and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If anything gets in your way, call us and we'll help you order.
Some product descriptions and manuals come from manufacturers and may not be fully accessible. Call or email us and we'll read or explain the information you need.
Checkout, PayPal payment and PayPal Pay Later pages are provided by outside services. See the note below.
Some features of our site are provided by other companies, including the store theme and checkout, and the PayPal payment and Pay Later pages. We can't fully control the accessibility of those services. If you can't complete a payment or checkout step, call +1 386-222-2747 and we will help you place your order.
This statement refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is effective October 26, 2026. We review it when we make significant changes to the site and update the known limitations as we fix them.
This statement describes our efforts and goals. It is not a guarantee of conformance and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
If you find a page, product listing, form or document you can't use, please tell us. Let us know what you were trying to do, the page address, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We'll get you the information or complete the task with you another way while we work on a fix.
You can also ask for any content on the site in another format, such as large print or plain text, at no charge.
Tell us what isn't working. You can always complete an order or request by phone.
