How delivery works
- 1We call the day before
Our shipping team calls the phone number on your order to set the delivery time and place. Keep your phone handy and answer unknown numbers.
- 2Our truck arrives
We bring your equipment to the spot you agreed on. Clear a path for the truck and room for the forklift to set the crate down on level, solid ground.
- 3We unload it
Our driver unloads with the forklift on the truck. You don't need a loading dock, a forklift or any equipment of your own.
- 4Inspect before you sign
Check the crate and the machine before signing the delivery receipt. Write any damage or missing pieces on the receipt and take photos.
Note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email your order number and photos to contact@katoolequipments.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage reported this way is handled at no cost to you. See our Return Policy.
Order status
Email contact@katoolequipments.com or call +1 386-222-2747 with your order number and we'll tell you where your order is.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any point before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it follows our return process instead.
